So between Alaska, Germany, and Kirtland, we did a few other things. Scott stayed up at Bear Lake until mid month. Jetta went to girl's camp and got ready to start being SBO. Then Scott, Cecily and Jetta all started school. And even more! The kids moved Scott to UVU. Plus the backpack fairy came and the kids did the end of summer treasure hunt:
Our 2025 End of Summer Treasure Hunt happened while we were in Germany. But the kids had a lot of fun with my silly rhymes and activities.
There's a black one, a gray one, an orange one, a white one and a green one...
When everyone is home tonight
Look in my garage closet as the end of summer treasure hunt has begun!

Then get into Dad's audible
And reenter a Sanderson seabed
When everyone is home
And no one is being pert
Look under dad's dresser
And find a new shirt!
And finally tonight or tomorrow
I don't care which
But before Scott moves to college
Head to IHOP for a breakfast sandwich
