Lazy Day/Labor Day

So with moving, we let our annual summer Lazy Day fall through the cracks, so as we began to get settled, I settled on Labor Day for Lazy Day. The kids thought it so ironic, so that was fun. Lazy Day/Labor Day began technically Sunday night with us staying up late watching movies/playing games and then officially began with us sleeping in Labor Day morning. Jared, Steven, and Isaac came a knocking at 9, ready to share in some Lazy Day breakfast (chocolate milk and cinnamon rolls) and playing of video games. They left around noon, at which point Mom and Dad and Brit and Seth and Shaely and Jonathan arrived for a Labor Day bbq/shopping to finish our living room. It was delightful! We visited and laughed and the kids played, especially Jetta and Shaely and Cecily. It was darling to see them come giggling in dressed as princesses.

After our guests left, we finished the evening with some movie watching, kids getting cute little monsters, and general lazying about. Overall, a lovely lazy Lazy/Labor Day.
