Mother's Day 2013

Mother's Day began with me opening some darling presents from the kids, including a bracelet, bath salts, a vase with flowers, and a game. I also got some daring homemade notes and cards and papers and coupons. I loved it all.

We then commenced with a glorious morning hike up the pass where we ate breakfast of granola bars, pineapple, oj, and greek yogurt. It was such perfect hiking weather and very few people on the trail (none until the very last, in fact).

Church was nice, although a bit hectic with trying to run Primary so the teachers could go to RS if they wished. And I got five different bookmarks from my five kids. I loved them all.

Then up to mom's for dinner and visiting and thanking her for being a wonderful mom. Rob was sick, which was bummer, but other than that, quite the nice day.
